14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date — no questions asked. This applies to all paid plans: Pro (monthly and annual), API, and Lifetime.

Eligibility

  • Refund request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • For annual subscriptions, only the most recent billing period is eligible if more than 14 days have passed since the first purchase.
  • Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for the full 14-day window.
  • API overage charges (usage beyond your plan quota) are non-refundable as they reflect actual consumption.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@jsonflash.com with the subject line Refund Request. Include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • Your Paddle transaction ID (found in your receipt email).
  • A brief reason for the request (optional but appreciated).

We aim to respond within one business day.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment processor) and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After a Refund

Upon processing, your subscription will be canceled immediately and access to paid features will be revoked. Your account will revert to the Free tier.

Exceptions

  • Requests made after the 14-day window.
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • API overage or metered usage charges.

We handle edge cases on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
