By accessing or using JSON Flash ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JSON Flash provides online tools for formatting, validating, converting, and AI-assisted editing of JSON and related data formats. Features vary by subscription tier.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@jsonflash.com.
• One account per person. You may not share or transfer accounts.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle. Prices are listed on the pricing page. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond your plan limits.
• Upload or process data that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the infrastructure of the Service.
• Share your API key or account credentials with unauthorized parties.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by JSON Flash and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSON Flash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
